As someone who is always looking for ways to improve my habits and increase my productivity, I can attest to the importance of tracking them. It wasn't until I started actively tracking my habits that I was able to see where I was falling short and make the necessary changes to improve. 

For those unfamiliar with habit tracking, it's essentially a way to monitor and track the habits that you want to cultivate or eliminate. By keeping track of your habits on a regular basis, you can see how you're doing and identify areas where you might need to make adjustments.

Also, tracking your habits can help you hold yourself accountable. When you write down your habits, you are setting a goal for yourself and committing to it. This can give you the motivation to follow through and ensure that you are consistently working towards your goals.

But my favorite thing about this activity is it helps you stay on track when you have a busy schedule.By having a visual representation of your habits, you can easily see which ones you need to prioritize and make sure they get done. This can be especially helpful when you have a lot going on and might otherwise forget to do something important.
