Pepper Prints ULTIMATE CHRISTMAS PLANNER 2022

I grew up in a large family where Christmas is looked forward to. When everyone else is having a regular family day on Sundays, ours is Christmas. And we always give our best effort to make our Holiday celebration the happiest.

But we all know that preparing for the holidays can be chaotic, especially now that we are all working and busy with our personal lives. We always get caught in the shopping rush, forgotten gifts, mismatched decors, and repeated menus.

So as someone who loves using planners, I created one that would help us avoid the chaos in preparing for Christmas.

And this has been the best planner that worked for us. I really really hope that you will find this free editable ultimate Christmas planner helpful this year, too!

  • It has a calendar where you can glance at what you are up to for Christmas. This keeps me on track with what’s completed and what needs to be ticked off. I personally use the calendar as a reminder that any specific tasks for a specific date are finished by writing done on the box. It gives me peace of mind that I am progressing.

  • The preparation countdown page is where I list down the important parts of the Holiday celebration, like planning, meeting with the family, buying decorations, shopping for ingredients, wrapping, and sending gifts.

  • As someone who is assigned to make the theme every Christmas, I made sure that my planner has its special section for the decoration checklist. I am artistic, yet a forgetful one, so this is definitely my lifesaver! No more mismatched decors.

  • And of course, the most important of all is the budget tracker. I needed one dedicated for the Holidays because we all know how crazy the sales can get. I mean, who doesn’t get excited about discounts, right? But we all know, too, that we spend way more than our budget on Holidays, and as much as we like to convince ourselves that it’s okay to overspend, sometimes it hurts our savings. So, make sure to avoid impulsive spending by sticking to your Holiday needs!

  • Have I mentioned that I am forgetful? Well, yes, I am. And giving gifts is the main reason why I included the gift list section. I have to really list down because I don’t want someone to feel unimportant again just because I forgot to give them gifts. Also, this list is too personal for me, I love giving gifts but only to people who’ve been nice to me. This list serves as a reminder that these people loved me with zero ifs and buts. And I even write their names even way earlier than Christmas!

  • The next two sections are created for my sister who is mainly in charge of the highlight of Christmas eve. This helped her to decide what food we will be serving for Christmas and avoids repeating the menu. And it’s easy for her to run down the ingredients that need to be bought to avoid rush hours!

  • And last but not the least, the merriment. You will never realize the importance of planning and listing the activities for Christmas until your brain is exhausted from the preparation and cannot think of activities that can sustain the merriment. We’ve been there, and it wasn’t fun at all. So, list the games you want for that night, list the materials you need, and don’t forget to include the prizes!

Aside from wishing you a merry Christmas this year, I also wish that you’ll have a less stressful one, too. Let us all avoid the manic Holiday by making sure that everything is a little organized! And may this ultimate Christmas planner be a gift from me to you.
